You shake hands, you say hello, you talk to them, but you do not look at them in the eye may seem insincere to them. Another fundamental which many people do not follow. I know, this is fundamental of a professional behavior, but sometimes it is much more disrepectful for foreigners than Americans to be late, they look down upon our generous 15 minutes grace period when we may think it is ok.Ģ) Always look at the clients IN THE EYES.
